In order to head in the right direction for a positive, safe, and ethical workplace, we must address workplace environmental and interpersonal issues. Addressing issues is difficult and can be uncomfortable. As a 3rd party, we bring unbiased mediation that is focused on the facts, policy, and law.
Our mission is supported by legislation across multiple states. California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, New York State, and New York City all require a form of ethics training. WRS Endeavors, Inc. will educate your teams by developing a unique program, centered around your companies values, culture, and policy that will meet any necessary state requirements.

Our Professional Consultant:
Bill Sullivan is the expert professional consultant behind WRS Endeavors, Inc. Bill Sullivan is an experienced trial attorney with extensive litigation experience at the trial and appellate level, who uses this background to guide and inspire his facilitation and coaching efforts.
Bill earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He completed his Juris Doctorate at Loyola University Chicago. He is admitted to practice law in Illinois and before the federal district courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.
His career to this point exposed him to considerable professional experience across a number of industries and environments, including human resources, health care, hospitality, executive search, government, truck parts and equipment, aviation law, criminal law, appellate law, juvenile law, consulting, and commercial litigation.
Bill's approach to successful consultations is vested in his extraordinary ability to research and adapt the professional voice of his clients to meet their needs. During the consultation, whether it be coaching, training, etc. Bill directs his energy toward consistent participant engagement, sharing of experiences and a high-energy delivery.
